No account to upgrade to the Pro version

Hi fellow TvPaint users! 
I have a question regarding the TVPaint accounts.
My friend who also uses tvpaint as a student never received her tvpaint account login and password, she bought it back in 2016. Does she need to create an account herself and link
her license to it?
She wants to upgrade from standard 11 to pro 11 with student discount, which e-mail can she send this request to and also possibly receive her account information? And what information does she need to send to verify her license?
Can anyone help us out here?
