install update as separate version

If I want to install the update as a new version on my computer, so that I can go back if problems will appear.

Is the best way to Rename the old TVpaint-folder and then to install the update as a new version?

Hello Mattias, you can rename the installation folder of the newer version when installing it, this way there there are less risks of braking something with the older version.
