TVPaint 11.5.1 Update Virtually Erases all the Brushes in the Bin.

I'm also a bit sad that there's no update for Lasso color filled that that showned by Youtube. Do you remember that suggestion.

Was there fix with Tool with Texture switching to Eraser and back? It doesn't seem clear when addressed of 11.5.1 ...but maybe?

TVPaint 11.5.1 Update Virtually Erases all the Brushes in the Bin.

That did not happen when I updated to 11.5.1 , but it probably just means you updated and then started up TVPaint with the default (clean) configuration , so your Custom panels are not there in the default configuration. You should be able to change the configuration in the Start Up Panel to use your previous config file , which should restore your custom brush panels.

Sorry, this release is more a technical fix than an improvement release, we had issues with the Wibu system.

Plus we process the requests by priority: bug, easy improvement, nice to have but hard to do, and so on

Yet I must admit I don't remember this Lasso color filled suggestion.

I guess this suggestion from this video for color lasso, https://streamable.com/dakmih. It's makes everything easier coloring especially when you use jitter line brushes. No holes or specks in shadow color and coloring is much cleaner. Also helps coloring much faster with no mistakes when everytime you modify the shape of the drawing and then coloring in the holes of an existing color like the video shown. Also dealing with color your drawing that has alot of line hatches, containing of an existing color too.

I'm just afraid that I might have to Ctrl + Del + Alt again and lose all my brush settings .

Then I'd advise you to reinstall the v11.0 and then to export the brushes you want to backup.
