I am logged in and on the Shared Contents forum and I am getting the message as attached This example is from https://www.tvpaint.com/forum/viewtopic ... 11&t=12303.
This is not happening on every post, for example this is showing the files: https://www.tvpaint.com/forum/viewtopic ... 11&t=12139
I suspect that I'm not the only one suffering from this.

Try reloading the page . I've noticed that the forum pages don't always update properly , sometimes I'm viewing a cached version of the page from before I was logged-in . Even after I have been logged-in to the forum for a while I am still getting older versions of some pages until I refresh the page in the browser. I put it down to one of the eccentricities of the phpBB forum software, just like the often impossible to use Search function where you try to search for something and it tells you that you can't use search right now and to try again in 23 seconds ... then after waiting 23 seconds you try to search again and now it tells you that you can't use the search again for 14 seconds ... stuck in some sort of loop. The only solution is to log-out , clear the browser cache , and then log-in again. So I think there is something like that happening with the individual pages of the forum displaying cached versions , not updating properly, so even if you have logged-in (which should enable permission to view files in Contents Sharing) the forum sees you as not logged-in. Most of the time, refreshing the page in the browser puts it right. This behavior seems to have become much worse recently.
