Good Evening,
I today updated my TVP 11 to a 11.5 version, but after this I've lost access on many projects.
Today for example the software crashed on a project (and it was not even saving progresses!) and after that I could not open it anymore.

Is the 11.5 -that- unstable for now? Is is convenient for me to return to the past version? How can I recover my file? Thanks.

Hello, would it be possible for you to send me some of your files via google drive or wetransfer?
Which version of TVPaint 11 did you have installed before installing 11.5.1? This behavior hasn't been noticed so far.

Hi, sorry no this is really unexpected ! can you check if your files still work TVPaint 11.0 ?

Hi, TVP 11 directly doesn't work anymore after the update since it says my dongle is not right for that version.


MY SPECS:


• OS: Windows 10 (x64bit) ... ohwait, maybe that's the problem hold on

• TVP 11.5

• Standard

• I might have installed the wrong one

• Wacom Cintiq 22hd

IT WAS THE WRONG ARCHITECTURE VERSION!

Ok, I can confirm that I had no issue opening your files.

Don't hesitate to ask us, here or via a support request, if you still have the issue after moving to the proper architecture.
