Save Template with Camera

I want to save a Template with Camera set up , but it doesn't seem to work.

I choose New Project , 1920 x 1080 with Camera , at 180% Ratio , so the overall project size is 3456 x 1944 , with a 1920 x 1080 Camera View.
Then I save that set up as a Template. However , when I open that Template from the Start Up Panel , it opens a 3456 x 1944 project with the Camera View also at 3456 x 1944 .
So yes, I can adjust the camera view to 1920 x 1080 , but isn't the whole point of Templates to be able to save and load a project template quickly without having to reset or make adjustments?
