Blend to Front doesn't work when using multiple layers

Hi
I am using light table on a layer above to trace a drawing that is on a lower level. Unfortunately the Blend to Front function has no effect here, so the higher layer will always display on top despite the fact that I am not drawing on it. So it partially obscures my drawing. I hope this can be fixed in the future.
You can see on the screenshot that the light table line is above the drawing (ignoring the Blend to Front setting)

Is it a new bug ? or has it been like this since 11.0 ?

Unfortunately I don't remember - I don't use this so often... And I cannot check now since I gave up my dongle...

Its not a bug

The lighttable works on the current layer.
And though you can off course have multiple layers with an active lightable, the 'blend to front' only works in regard to the lightable images of the current active layer.
Activating it makes the lighttable image go on top of the lines of the current(active) frame of the current(active) layer.

So in this case, i'd say; simply temporarily switch layer order.

Yeah, I agree it's probably not a bug, just a small oversight - should go to feature requests to have it as an option. Not a big deal though...
