The studio staff has pointed out what seems to be a bug in the tool, so I will report it.

A bug when using a cut brush with antialiasing off?
Only brushes are antialiased off (cut locations are antialiased on)
I think it's difficult with the latest minor version, but can it be solved?

confirmed, the brush is Alias the created hole is AntiAlias.
