License Not Registering

So I recently brought the program a few days ago and got the email to install it. Been messaging customer support but they've been slow so I'll ask here to see if anyone can help. I can't seem to get the software to open. It says my license hasn't been activated despite it already being activated. I'll attach photos too.

I am currently using a Windows 10, 64 bit and the version is TVPaint Animation 11.5 Professional Edition.
