I can't seem to Export Video
It says Error AVCodec_Open2: 131558101

The Add/Remove Program doesn't have TVPaint 11. They have 11.5, but not to remove TVPaint 11.

I don't think I can Export as 8K, H.264?

Hi, how many versions of TVPaint do you have on the same computer ?

Do a search for tvpaint*.exe. Double-click on all the "TVPaint Uninstaller.exe" you find. Then reinstall the version you want, only one.

I think there's only one TVPaint, 11.5.3. I had uninstall 11 but it also uninstall 11.5 too, that I have to reinstall 11.5.3 again.

MPEG-4 seems to work on Export but it doesn't seem to for H.264.

I can also H.264 Export if the resolution is under 4320 Height.

Separate Issue. I saw a few images that reach 64-bit Color Format. Can you allow 64-bit Color Format for .PNG and .BMP, Single Image? Can you allow 64-bit Color?

Possible to have 64-Bit Loseless PNG Format MP4 Video Format too?
