Alt+Click to drag view in layer area feature

Hi, there's thing that has been confusing me for a long time, well, actually it isn't a really big problem to me, but sometimes it bothers a little.
The thing is the Alt+Click to drag view in layer area being cancelled in v11. I remember back to v10 I can freely drag the view in this area, but after I updated TVPaint to 11, it's gone.
I don't understand why cancelling this feature, because it is really useful to me and now I can only change my old habit to adjust to the new version.
