Tvpaint crashes

Hello. Sorry if i ma not doing this right.
I have tvpaint 11.5.3 and it turnos off out if nowere. Then when I try open it, open a window saying that I need to regist my key ou buy one.
It happened 2 times this past week and via teamviwer they solve my issue, but today happened again. There is just with me that happen this error?
