Is the Warp Tool (not Warp Grid, under FX Stack) obsolete?

I've seen tutorials that show it under Panning, Transform and Perspective in the Main Panel, and I don't see it there...

At the least, there is a need to know which version of TVPaint are you using? See the following post...New users seeking Help

Ah yes, thanks! Windows 10, TVPaint 11.5.3-64 bits, Standard Edition.

That's where I thought it should be, but I don't have it:

Problem solved - it's a Pro tool, but isn't greyed out like the others I've seen. Just doesn't appear at all.

Oh, I didn't realize that it's a "Pro only" tool. You're right , usually those are visible (but greyed-out) in the interface.
