When anti aliasing is turned off, the selection that becomes your brush is aliased however all unselected areas when right click selecting are anti aliased.
Kind of a mouth full to verbally explain so please watch the video.

That should not happen, nice catch.

Aliased Erasing with filled stroke does work correct, and that is how the remaining part in the above example should look.
