BUG: Tvpaint looses embedded audio after uploading to FTP

Very often, after we upload and then download files from FTP for our work, the embedded Audio gets lost.
At first I thought someone forgot to embed the audio in all our files, but this instinctive impulse to blame someone was quickly dissolved by a simple experiment. I've just uploaded a TVP file with embedded audio onto FTP server and downloaded it at home - the audio was gone. It does stay there if I just copy same files with a USB stick...
