Proof of destroyed dongle?

I just upgraded from 11 pro to 12 pro, and after the purchase, a window asked me to upload proof of my destroyed dongle. Is the dongle no longer an option with 12? Also, what exactly do I need to upload for proof?

Hello Toddgass, v12 is dongleless only.
A photo of the destroyed dongle is sufficient. Since the website is currently under maintenance, you may send it to me via PM
