Making New 'Rigging layer' from Layer Preset Manager is Crashing down the TVP12.

Using the shortcut 'Layer Preset - Puppet Layer' has same result.

It seems rigging layer requires the selection from the library, but both action is not opening or connecting the libraray, so as a result, it's crashing I think.

I felt it kind of same the ploblem tvp's crashing when the connection between X-sheet and clips are gone, as I posted before.

I've upgraded and have been able to use TVP11 fine

Thank you for your contribution. The team was able to reproduce the issue and solve it. The fix will be available in a future update.
