[TVP12] Bug involving color groups and layer folder [TVPA-3601 & 3602]

There is some odd behaviour I have found when trying to use color groups inside of a layer folder. I have recorded a quick video as that shows in better detail.
When layers are in a color group and put inside a layer, their color group in the window toggles off. If you then add the layer folder to that color group, it reappears. But, there is further strange behaviour when you try to toggle the display on and off, it toggles it off the first time, but you cannot retoggle it on. Further strange behaviour, if you take one of the color group layers out of the folder, so there is one inside and one outside a folder, the color group toggle behaves as expected.
I'm sure there is more circumstances to test out regarding the behaviour, but this is what I've figured out thus far.
