CodeMeter License Central Error

Hey there,
So I used to have my TVPaint installed on my macbook and I never had any issues.
Now I wanted to switch my license over to my Windows PC but cant seem to activate it. I deactivated it from my macbook but I get the same error everytime:
Error
The connection to CodeMeter cannot be established. There are different reasons:
Please verify that you have installed the latest CodeMeter Runtime according to TVPaint's official installation tutorial (Windows, macOS).
Please verify that CodeMeter Runtime is running on your system. Please restart CodeMeter Service or your computer if needed.
If you are using Safari, try using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome instead in order to activate your license or rehost it.
Please check, if you are using an Internet connection via proxy. In this case, establish a connection without proxy.
Please check, if the default settings of CodeMeter Runtime have been changed ("network port" or "CmWebSocketApi") and reset them to default.

I've tried reinstalling TVPaint multiple times but nothing worked.
Also tried reaching out to TVPaint but have never gotten an Email back (only ever got the confirmation that filling the forum worked)...
So I was hoping someone on here could help me out!

Hello!

We did receive your request yesterday afternoon, and Dean answered you right away, did you receive it?
Can you check in your spam folder or see if you are blocking our email?
