1. Switching between an undocked timeline and to the canvas will cause buggy behavior with pen input
2. I wanted to fix this by turning off multi screen panels but we can no longer undock the timeline with it turned off..
I don't know if it is a bug or if it is intentional. but please allow us to undock panels inside of tvp again!

We've added this bug to our list, devs will look at it.
On my side I didn't have the possibility to reproduce this weird behviour on Windows 11 with my Cintiq 24Pro and my second screen...
