Undo Size Preferences Bug [TVPA-3660]

There is a bug when trying to set undo to 2048mb.
Going manually with the arrows from 2047 mb to 2048mb, when you save and close out preferences, there will only be maybe 2 undos available(with the brush, never tested other tools), when you open up preferences again it displays -2048mb.
When you put in 2048mb as numbers, the same thing happens but when you reopen the settings it will display as 0 mb.
If you set the undo to 2047 mb it seems to work fine and you get more undos as would expect.
There is one last difficulty which is not in the video below where trying to use the arrows to adjust to 2048, you have to be super careful and barely move your mouse, otherwise it rolls over to 0, and you can't go 'backwards' or use the left arrow to 2048 but need to go through the right arrow again, and it is very easy to roll over again.
