Preferences not saving; 11.7.3

Hi everyone!

I'm having trouble with a few things:

1) TVPaint 11.7.3 does not save preferences, even though I've restarted multiple times.
2) 11.7.3 opens partially on my second monitor, even though I changed my second monitor as the primary display.

Strangely:

1) TVPaint 12 saves preferences AND opens on the correct monitor, which is the second monitor.

I am running Windows 11.

Has anyone else run into this and if so, what was the solution you found?

Hello Robert, we also received your email.
Are you using a specific antivirus program?
Could you try the following:
1) Run TVP as an Administrator
2) Reset your TVPaint's configuration: https://forum.tvpaint.com/viewtopic.php ... 73#p130373
3) Try reinstalling TVP11
