Using the quick set up Multiplane Camera
Wizard we can currently create planes from Open Clips or Current Layers , but I think it would be useful to have the Wizard also be able to create planes from Images in the
Image Library.

By the way, I have a question about the units of measurement used in the Multiplane Camera. This may seem like a silly question, but I have never really understood it clearly.
By default the Multiplane Camera Wizard arranges planes 100 units of measurement apart in the Z Depth plane ---
-100 , -200 , -300 , -400 , etc. I have never been clear on what these Z Depth units of measurement signify , in terms of a real world equivalent distance . How far apart is -100 to -200 intended to be ? For example , a foreground tree is set at -100 , then the next plane is a bush at -200. How far apart are those objects: 30.5 meters ? (100 feet). Or do the units of measurement used in TVPaint for the Multiplane Camera planes not have any reference to real world distance ?

The answer is quite obvious.
as real world measurement units are meaningless in TVPaint.
The unit is pixel, so all these distance values are in pixels.
i checked it by creating a 200x200 project and having three layers at -220, -100 and +50 distance.
a glance in the stage confirmed this
as the distances checked out.
