Pivot positioning

I am still not happy with the "set Pivot issue".
It would be much easier to have a "grab and set Pivot with your mouse" -function, e.g. under "Tools"

useful for cutout-animation (as described in my tut) and for scaling over time in Keyframer e.g. to put characters to the right size without the need to reposition them.

If you work with custom brushes and keyframer, the pivot is set first from the brush handle.
When you cut your brush, set the handle interactively. (assign a shortcut to "Brush: Move Handle Corner".)
Then, when you set the keyframer, the pivot will be set at this position.
Use the shortcut again to change the pivot if necessary.
Of course, it won't work if you work in 3D with Zaxis.
------
edit : once in the keyframer, you can use the "Brush: Move Handle Corner" function again. You don't have to cut your brush again.
Maybe I don't understand your request at 100%.

o.k. I know, of course you can do that.
But to cutout a custom brush, then loading into KF and then doing your transformations is a workaround, right ?

in the HUD of the keyframer, [Ctrl + LMB-click & grab] the Pivot point to move it,
but keeping the layer in place would be very useful, imo.
(I think this is an old request, and should be still in the list ...)

it's a wish, for the wishlist, so not in the available features for now (unfortunately).
hope for the next release, as it shouldn't be so hard to code.
