unfortunately when i tried to download (filled out the online form with lock and unlock codes)

i get a "licence expired" notice. funny thing is my invoice hasn't even been sent out

The fault was on my side with a bad "ctrl+c" "ctrl+v" you should have received the correct codes now.

Regarding the invoice, it has been sent a few hours ago.
