Animator Panel

Post by toonsisters »

First I have to say, I like the 9.5 Version a lot!
Thank you very much for redesigning the panels. I think they are much more intuitive now, especially the animator panel.

I am still missing an exposure function:
deleting a keyframe by turning it and its exposure additionally to the last keys exposure, so that the whole timing is not affected.

Did I miss it somewhere?
And if not, can anyone talented pass me a george script, that I can create a button myself?

Thanks for considering.

hi Vera,

If you're looking for a Delete Instance button, but working without changing the global timing of the layer,
you can try to import this tvpx file, and copy/paste the button into your Animator Panel /Instance section.
hope it will do what you asked for.

btw, so nice your new avatar !

Hi Ray,

How did you ever decipher the request; I couldn't figure it out! But I certainly appreciate the button too and thank you both for it. :D

hi zigotto,

thanks for your immediate solution.
I have tried it out. It does delete the instance without changing the global timing.
But it does also recompute the level.
Is there a chance to avoid this?

btw, so nice your new avatar !
The cleaning woman ist the secret hero of my new animation short "sauna tango".

oups... I thought the "recompute" george command
worked only on the selection, not processing the whole layer ...
btw, I don't see when to avoid this could be advantageous, ... anyway here's a new version
that you can try, tell me if it works as you want.

Wonderfull!

Thank you so much. :D

To seperate animation of body and arm for example, I copy and clear the level.
Wenn working on the blank but timed level the new "Vera" version does not elemiate the timing of the blanks at the end.

Trying not to be cryptical.
Maybe its german gramma with english words that makes my requests scramble.

oh, I see now, good point.
so use only the second version, and delete the first one which was doing too much, more than needed.
