Trichrome Blue by Lois van Baarle

Post by mox »

I quite like the atmosphere and special mention to the music and sound!
Reading through the comments, you can read she used TVpaint combined with After Effects (+ Maya for 3D fx)

Looking forward to seeing more of her work :)

Gorgeous use of contrasting color! Very nice character animation. I especially liked the dynamic camera angles when she's on the bottom of the ocean.
Excellent find!

we will probably move the topic into the "animation" category since it was partly made with TVP :wink:

Beautiful .

She has many other animated pieces posted on her Vimeo page . http://www.vimeo.com/loish/videos" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Are those also made using TVP ?

This progress reel is interesting:

I believe Lois does most of the drawn animation in TVP but also uses Anime studio(moho) and AE for compositing
