How to Draw Hokusai in France

I'm looking for Les Editions Gallimard "Le Japon éternel de Nelly Delay" translated by Japanese "日本の歴史（History of Japanese Art）", because it issued about Katsusika Hokusai's fast draw technic by Hiragana (or typographic) call "略画早指南(Ryakuga Haya-oshie / How to draw Doodling)".

I am using Preston Blair's "Cartoon Animation" published and QuickTime movie edition for study how to draw animation. Those are not same, but very interesting.

Both country share a medieval history background (even if different),
