Opened toolbars

It would be great if opened new toolbars (.tvpx) would automatically open in the center of the screen when imported, rather than having to go to the drop down menu and "find" the new toolbar..

or automatically dropped into the side Bin,
anyway, not in the screen center, ... or center of the first monitor,
(in dual monitor config, the screen center is crossing "between" the 2 monitors).
