Audio Bug report

I've tried to import audio (with a small .wav sample as with a .ogm video/Vorbis audio ), and here is what I got:
-when playing right after import I have the sound, crappy sound but I hear it.
-Then when I scrub there's no audio, and in the system audio settings I've many "TVPaint" entries in the "Applications" tab (look at the screenshot)
and once this happens there's no more audio at all when playing.
