Strange "Multiply" mode behaviour

The left part of the attached image shows a shadow layer set to "multiply" and 75% opacity in TVP. The right part shows the same file with the same layer settings in Photoshop. Clearly there's a difference ...

TVP behaves strangely with this layer mode, sometimes I see the same effect in preview, sometimes not. The green result is the exported render, not a screenshot. It does not happen with black content in that layer, or when set to 100% opacity.
Anybody else experiencing this?

i do have problems merging layers with different blendmodes.
doing that, i never get what i see, which i think is wrong.
i had not yet noticed this particular problem.
whats the RGB value of the color you use for the shadow?

Have a look at the file yourself, this is from the original file.

yeap, definitively something wrong, sometimes it displays false colors, as in your screeshot, but sometimes not ...
I can't see any reason for this ...
note : if I hide your "schatten" layer, and add it to the BG via the Color/Image Source fx,
then set it to Multiply mode and 75% of opacity, the preview is OK.

OK, it's a bug ( only on Mac PowerPC or when SSE functions are disabled ).
It will be fixed in the next update.
