Is it possible to connect a "change A to B color " to the pen pressure? I want to finetune my rough anim sketch brush that I posted earlier in a way that on top of making the point go sharper and more dense when more pressure is given, it would also change to a darker color.
This way I can sketch in blue with wide strokes, and when being more sure of my line, by giving pressure go to a darker blue or even black fine line.
So is there a way to make this possible?

you don't have color connection as of yet, but you can create an anim brush with several frames, where the first frame is color A and the last frame is color B, and all the frames in between are a gradual move between the colors. Once you captured the frames as a brush, use 'Pressure' as the brush animation ("Anim" at the bottom of the brush tool panel), and save this brush to a button.
As we don't have yet a curve control over the Anim pen connection, you can set the "firmness" of your pen pressure through the tablet control panel.

Yeah...I figured this one out already. But this means I have to let go of the randomness of my brush animation, causing the line to become less natural. It 'll be a dradeoff I guess. Or waiting till the color connection comes in place. Is this color connection planned?

you could still try creating an animlayer on which you randomly place the frames of your brush animation and gradually color those.hilere wrote:Yeah...I figured this one out already. to make it behave randomly enough youd probalbly need quite a large layer though, you'd have to try it out.
