Am I just a dope or did my TVPaint glich?

My Main Menu (File, Edit, Project, Layer, . . .) disappeared and I'm not sure what I did to it. I searched the 14 thousand pages of the TVPaint User Guide and couldn't find anything about the Main Menu's ability to toggle. I went down the list of all the shortcuts and couldn't find anything there either relating to the Main Menu.

How do I get this menu back? I'm frozen in the midst of a project. Perhaps exhaustion has taken its toll . . .

do you mean the icons bar, or the top menu itself ?

hmmm...Shift+S to save your project first,
then, try to change of Room, then come back to your previous Room ... just to see what happen

I ended up saving, quitting, then reopening. I had a few projects open and I was trying to avoid closing TVPaint because I feared I'd forget what I was doing. I tried the other rooms to no avail, so I was left with no choice.

All's back to normal. I guess it was a glitch.
