how to re-install sketch toolbar panel?

oops- a while back i accidentally deleted the black pencil button in my sketch panel. i copied the blue tool and made the changes so i have a usable black pencil in the sketch panel now. BUT- it seems the black pencil listing disappeared from the keyboard shortcut panel, so now my key shortcut can't find it anymore. i imagine it's possible to re-load the sketch panel without messing up any other settings, but can someone tell me how to do that?

(still using TVP 8.6.2 on a mac 10.6.
