Is there any information on what to do when the trial version download failed, and my browser says
" The file “TVP Animation 9.5.21 Pro DEMO (mac-x86).zip.download” doesn’t appear to be a valid download file."

My core 2 duo intel iMac is running SnowLeopard V. 10.6.8, has 2G RAM.

I would be so appreciative of information on how to fix the problem,

Hello Kathleen,

The file is maybe corrupted, we had maybe troubles with the website host this week.
Does this happen if you download it again ?

Be sure you unzipped the File with the application "The Unarchiver" =)

How do I unzip the file to get to "The Unarchiver'? The download won't open at all.
Next, for Fabrice, too,
Do I delete the file that is in my "downloads" file before I try another download?
Also:
The download kept going, up and up in MBs even after it reached the 720 limit.

You can, as the file is corrupted, no need to keep it.

What do you mean ?

the file was said to be a certain # mb, and take 1hr 24min to download. After the blue bar was filled, the file numbers kept coming up to over 250 mb, and when i clicked on it to open was when I got the message that said it wasn't finished downloading. So I check my downloads folder and found the file in there, but when I clicked on it to open it, the error message said the file was invalid and wouldn't open.
I will delete that file and try the download again, now.

Which web browser (name and version number) are you using ?

How kind of use your web browser ?
I (an Intel "Snow Leopard 10.6.8" Mac user) recommend you to downloading use Mozilla "Firefox"
and unzip the archived file by SmithMicro "StuffIt Expander" latest edition from Mac App Store.

p.s.
Now I am testing Demo version DL by Apple Safari 5.1.2 and Mozilla Firefox 8.0.1 on MacOS X 10.6.8.

All is well, now, I deleted the corrupted file ( could have taken too long to download, last night thus becoming corrupted...) and re-downloaded the trial Dempo version with no problem.
I am quite excited to try this out!
