I am running 10 on a pc and today the tool bin ( which was originally docked on the rt) when i was moving it , it
got locked up under the the menu bar. The only way I could move it was to delete it.
I would like to use it , how do i reload this bin?
thanks djsolomon

Try the following:
Windows / Tools / Mark "Tool Panel"

Hi Dieter- thanks for getting back to me... the tool panel is not what I deleted it was a tool bin that comes installed over on the rt side
it has those "fun tools" etc I liked the chalk though... well I had assumed as this bin comes with the program that it had to be installed in in some complicated way ( not as a plugin) but I just imported it to an empty tool bar as I have done with other plugins... and it worked...but thanks for getting back to me.
It was very much appreciated...
my best djsolomon

Hi DJSolomon,
I am sorry for the confusion. What you are looking for is
Windows / Custom Panels / Tool Bin, which has to be checked.

With kind regards, Dieter

If it's checked, it should be in a side bin, with the sketch panel, animator panel, etc ...

If you really deleted it, you cannot check it again, since it will have disappeared from your list.
You can reload it by clicking on the "open/close custom command" icon and select "open a new tool bar"

On a Windows PC navigate to:

C:\Program Files\TVPaint Developpement\TVPaint Animation 10 Pro (64bits)\plugins

and select the file:
ToolBin4.bin

On a Mac I don't know, but I presume the file will be located within your program directory

ZO, to understand this new numbering system, should I assume that 10.0.2 means a free update to correct bugs etc. but if there would be a major upgrade with new features and perhaps a price tag attached, the number would become 10.2.00?

If it's like the 9.X.Y versions, all minor version upgrades (like 9.5.Y) were free... hoping this will be the same for 10.X.Y

I'm not qualified to answer you about this tvpa naming (and marketing) aspect,
only one of the lorrainers team can do it I think,
but from memory, every update from v8.0 to v8.5 was free, idem with the v9 line,
between summer 2008 and summer 2009, 6 or 7 public updates came out for free,
then we jump right-ahead up to v9.5 (with charge), so we have got about one year of tvp developpement for free ! :D

not sure even if a v10.2 will come one day, but I imagine the next "charged" version should be a v10.5

nb : don't get me wrong folks, it's just a personal (deductive) reasoning, not an official announce of course !
(I'm not a lorrainer, but an expatriated southerner, with his teeth chattering from the cold here in Paname).

Did we pay for TVP 9.5? I don't remember :-)

(I'm not a lorrainer, but an expatriated southerner, with his teeth chattering from the cold here in Paname).
Since the mid-19th century, Paris has been known as Paname[29]also the capitol of South-Petazonia ([panam]) in the Parisian slang called argot (Ltspkr.png Moi j'suis d'Paname, i.e. "I'm from Paname"). The singer Renaud repopularized the term amongst the young generation[29] with his 1976 album Amoureux de Paname ("In love with Paname").
