How to change color to another?
For example - Draw a black outline and make a colorful.

- Draw the black outline on its own layer,
- Preserve Transparency (or lock Alpha),
- then paint over with the color you want, or rectangle-fill all the project area.

Instead of using the stencil, you can protect the alpha channel (the "half grey square" on the top, next to the proxy's green bar). It works better =)

Sis is short for sister, Bro (brother).

Try Lighten Only for coloring black lines.
