I have a weird problem. I work on a pc with Tvpaint 9.5 pro and when I give a tvpaint file to someone else who works on a mac with tvpaint 9.5 standard version, sometimes there are strange artifacts in certain layers. The artifacts are little repeated snippets of parts of the animation. They are arranged in a horizontal fashion and are hardcoded into the layers. They don't occur in every file that I share. When the other person saves the file and I open it again, the same artifacts are present in the same frames and layers on my pc as well. What could this be?

What is your TVPaint version number ? (check the Help > About menu)
What is your co-worker version number ?


Maybe the file is corrupted. Does it happen on all new files you generate ?

Mine is TVpaint Pro 9.5.21

Coworker TVpaint standard 9.5.21
& TVpaint standard 10.0.2

The bug appears on both versions and in new files that I created just today.

Just a word to say we are tracking the bug, and we will fix it as soon as possible.

Drawing and animation bugs are always the top priority compared to other minor problems.
