Custom brush bin settings
How do I make custom brush bins seperate from other bins? As of now I only have one and want to make different bins depending on what I am animating.

Re: Custom brush bin settings
For instance, if I wanted to create a bin of mouths that are just for a certain character for lip synching. Where/how would I do that? Is it eaily accessible?

I think you are talking about "Tool bar". To do this, go to : Windows > Custom Panels > New tool bar.
To grab your brush, right click on the empty space of the tool bar and grab your tool (with or without colors).
You can also save colors and actions with script =)

Re: Custom brush bin settings
Thanks, that is helpful.
What I really wanted to know was I recalled a long time ago that the custom brush bin can get rather full, so I wanted to make different custom brush bins for different projects. That way when I am working on one cartoon I can use one bin, and switch to another when I have a different project open.
That way, I can have a bin of mouths for lip-synching, a bin of eyes for eye movements, etc.
And if possible I'd like to be able to share these bins with other people.

You can export a custom panel as a tvpx file, it is located in the same right-click popup-menu.
Other users just have to drag'n'drop that tvpx file onto their running TVPaint to load that panl.
