Hello everyone I was wondering if you can help me. I was reading an interesting thread about the really AMAZING short film Le Phare made back in 2009 and they mention a flou brush they used to draw the frame by frame lighting. Now 'Flou' in French I think means fluorescent, and I was wondering if someone can point me in the right direction on where it is on TVpaint 9 or if this brush even exists(. Is it a custom brush made by them or do i have to purchase it from somewhere?

No, "flou" means "blurred"/"blurry".
Fluorescent is "fluo".

Sorry, I don't remember exactly which brush I advised them to use. They might also have build their own brush, but I dont think so. IMO it's a part of TVPaint Animation 9 tools or a part of the Creation Pack tools.

It is probably a yellow brush, imitating watercolor, used in "add" or/and "smear" mode.
