It is not possible to read/write if a sound track is locked with
tv_SoundProjectInfo
tv_SoundProjectAdjust
or
tv_SoundClipInfo
tv_SoundClipAdjust

this would by handy and natural so a feature request for this.

Was this added to George? I can't find any sign of it in the documentation and it would be very handy for us.
