Please help - F2 and F4 malfunctioning

Hello TVPaint community,

I'm fairly new to this program, but have been animating my senior thesis with it for the past few months. It's been grand.
However, tonight, two of the keyboard shortcuts I've come to rely on most - F2 and F4 - have malfunctioned. For some reason, F2, which should switch the brush to Color Mode, is now redirecting to Ctrl-Z (undo), while F4 (Eraser) is now Ctrl-N (new animation layer).
Hitting Ctrl-Z or Ctrl-N still does as dictated.
I've tried restarting my computer, resetting the keyboard shortcuts, and even just reassigning F2 and F4.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely, Kat Mac

Also, I'm using 32-bit Windows 7. Wireless keyboard seems to be working fine.

I tried clearing them and then resetting to the default shortcuts, but F2 and F4 still don't work. Every other shortcut seems to be fine though.

When using any other software (let's say a text editor or anything else), do you also have that problem ? Did you try to press F2 and see if it also cancel the last thing and does F4 creates a new text file ?

I just did that, and what do you know - it IS my keyboard that has the problem. Thanks for all of the help, I'm off to shop for a new keyboard

If I turn on AutoHotKey script and forget to turn it off my keyboard keys will not respond as expected. You do not use keyboard scripting??
