Hello to everybody
I have been digging in the topics to find some clue about customizing icons for brushes.I just found one that Paul wrote long time ago,tried to but did not get it...

Is there anybody willing to explain it for clumsies? Thank you very much!!I have the 9 pro version.
I am assiduouss checking the forum!! thank you to all that share your experiences, is really usefull and nice as I am the only one in my social and work environment that works with tvpaint.

Paint a comfortable size icon (no need to make it tiny)
Grab Rectangle CutBrush From Main Panel
While holding down SHIFT and LMB (to create a perfect square cut-out) drag a square binding box around your icon.
RMB on top of the custom button you want to change
select EDIT at the top of the menu to open edit panel
LMB click on top of button called TOOL
Your custom made icon will now appear in the ICON button
DONE
