Hi guys,
I have a problem. Whenever I try to import new footage, or a new sound track nothing happens. I'm using a newly reformatted pc so could it be a driver problem? I just installed quicktime 7 to no avail. What do you think I should do?

Thanks

Are you using 64-bit TVPaint? If so, I think QuickTime only works in 32-bit version.

Go to the website and update your software, you are probably using an old version.

BTW, you are confusing the drivers and codecs...
Drivers are necessary to use properly a hardware with your computer. It allows to connect a dongle, a webcam, a graphic card, etc...
Codecs are a kind of little software that allow you to read properly video formats like quicktime, mp4, avi, etc...

And, at least, you could take the time to read the "Read me first before posting a question" topic.

Thanks Elodie,
Yeah sorry, it's a mistake on my part. All it needed was a restart because now it's suddenly working fine. Sorry for bothering you.
