Hello, how do you change frame rates on an imported movie?

Help?
I was wondering if there is a way to convert a movie to a slower frame rate but not extend the length of the clip. Is there a way TVP can calculate which frames to drop or add? For example I have a 15 fps movie which I would like to convert to 12 fps but not gain length in time.
Thankyou

Just import with 15fps to the timeline, then set the "playing" rate to anything you want.

Part of the question though is to do this without changing the timing, so here is one more step you need to do: Drag out the layer by its handle, which is the white stripe at the very end of each layer, and a popup will give you options to do this with or without interpolations. BTW, when you change the frame rate, you can do it at the bottom of the preview window but a little warning here (which is why your new value will turn red in TVP10) this is just a virtual frame rate change for temporary tests. To make this permanent, you should make the change in "Modify Project" under the Project tab of the main menu bar at the very top of your GUI, or you can do this in the startup screen.
