Please Help ME! Damaged TVP Save File

Hi
I finished work, i thought i saved my file propperly.
But when i try to open the file , TVP crashes.
When i am opening the file in tv paint, there's not thing in my project but
the file size is pretty big and look alright. other files is okay but only this file.

I read a topic below on this forum he has a same problem and somebody help to fix it
please help me

First, which version of TVP are you using; give us all 6 digits. Which operating system? Next, do you have backups set to anything above zero under preferences?

It depends on which version the file was created.
On some versions, like 9.5.3, it's impossible to salvage the file.
This is a known bug, and you should update to 9.5.21, which is a free update.
