A question about licence?

Hello I was wondering I bought tvp last year and got a new laptop can i download it from the cd and just exchange the dongle from machine to machine or is this not cool?

Yes, indeed, that is why a dongle is cool in this regard, you can run TVP on any machine that has the dongle plugged in. No license transferring or deactivating and reactivating like you do with other software.
