Audio problems, animating on 2's?

Hi I'm new to the forum and tvpaint itself. I am animating a project which requires audio sync but I would like the images to be played on 2's, (each image is shown twice when playing) like classical hand drawn animation. Is it possible to do so? When I set it to 12fps the audio becomes extremely distorted as it is being played at 12fps as well.

Hello, welcome here !
Create firstly your project in 12FPS, then load the sound. If you load the sound in 24PFS then change the framerate in the remote, it's normal if the audio becomes distort : you're playing it slower !
