Hi, this has occurred several times and it's beginning to bug me.
For some ODD reasons, my brush keeps resizing itself whenever i click on it and it's slowing down my workflow A LOT! It doesn't stop even after I click on the brush icon countless times. I even tried restarting tvPaint but to no avail. I'm using my customized brush palette but this has never occurred until about 3 hours ago. Why is this happening? Can somebody please help me on this?

Had this problem until I noticed that
1. the mouse scroll wheel resizes, and
2. the touch strip on my tablet was mapped to the scroll wheel.

On MacOSX, the latest wacom driver sends strange mouse-wheel (!) events to applications.
Update to the latest version of TVPaint, which contains a workaround for this wacom bug...

Quicktime is DEAD. Get over it and move on !

Thanks for the help guys. I noticed that if I just stick to my keyboard shortcuts instead of using the cintiq buttons the issue is resolved...
