Change line Thickness

is it possible to increase the line thickness after drawing? via the FX stack for example?

Take a look in FX stack panel = stylize/border effect.

Here's an FX stack called "Line Thickener." It's a combination of Median Blur and Curves, which first blurs the existing lines to make their radius go out farther, then threshholds the new radius to make it sharp.

yeap, and playing with the (unlimited) FXs combinations,
(stacking different blur modes + add boder + erode ...),
you can get many, many different results,
such as this dirty-plotty thickening for example :
